At Framework Counseling Center, our approach to therapy is largely solution-focused, and we employ the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) model along with other proven therapy methods to help our clients retrain their brains and correct inaccurate and irrational thinking. We believe that by shifting your perspective, you can radically transform your life and your relationships.

Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment that helps you understand the thoughts and feelings that influence your behaviors. Since CBT is goal-oriented and solution-focused, it offers clients proven strategies for overcoming their negative or irrational beliefs. CBT is especially effective for treating clients who suffer from anxiety disorders, depression, and insomnia.

2

Perinatal Mood &
Anxiety Therapy

When your experience of motherhood isn't what you had imagined, or it's fraught with negative feelings, counseling can help. Perinatal mood & anxiety therapy offers new mothers practical techniques for coping with depression, mood changes, or extreme worries and fears during pregnancy or in the weeks—or months—following childbirth. We are proud to be certified by Postpartum Support International.

3

Teletherapy

When you're caring for young children or an aging relative, or busy with work obligations, traveling to appointments can be a challenge—but it shouldn't be a barrier to seeking the treatment you need. Teletherapy offers clients secure and convenient appointments straight from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Connect with your therapist wherever it’s most convenient for you, saving you time and stress.
